PonyLife is an experimental coordination platform for intangible creative assets. Participation is voluntary and outcomes are uncertain.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You may be required to create an account to submit works, interact with the catalog, or access participation features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Submitting Works

Creators may submit intangible creative assets ("Works") along with descriptions and media.

Creators must have the rights necessary to upload and represent the Work on the platform.

4. Ownership

Creators retain ownership and authorship of submitted Works unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

PonyLife does not claim ownership of Works by default.

5. Delegation of Rights (Participation)

By participating, a creator may delegate limited rights to PonyLife necessary to coordinate promotion, representation, and potential commercialization pathways for a Work.

Delegated rights may include the right to represent the Work in the ecosystem, to coordinate distribution, and to participate in outcomes according to predefined rules.

6. Internal Valuation and Participation Units (PNL)

PonyLife may perform internal, non-binding assessments for coordination purposes.

Based on internal assessment, participation units (PNL) may be reserved or allocated to a participant to reflect conditional involvement in the ecosystem.

Internal assessment does not constitute a market valuation and does not guarantee outcomes.

7. Outcomes and Platform-Level Handling

If a Work is commercialized or otherwise realized through coordinated pathways, outcome handling occurs at the platform level according to predefined participation rules.

No user is entitled to guaranteed outcomes, compensation, or returns solely by virtue of participation, unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content you do not have rights to use
• Fraud, manipulation, or deceptive behavior
• Attempting to interfere with platform security or availability
• Misrepresenting PonyLife as a guaranteed investment opportunity

9. Disclaimers

PonyLife does not guarantee visibility, commercialization, or financial outcomes.

The platform does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PonyLife is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use or participation.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Changes

PonyLife may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
