What participation means
By submitting a creative asset to PonyLife, you include it in a shared coordination system designed to experiment with distribution, visibility, and commercialization pathways. Your work is no longer promoted in isolation, but as part of a structured ecosystem.
Ownership and delegated rights
You retain full ownership and authorship of your work at all times. By participating, you delegate limited commercialization and participation rights to the platform, allowing PonyLife to coordinate promotion, representation, and potential realization of the asset under predefined rules.
Participation units (PNL)
Based on an internal, non-binding assessment of the submitted asset, participation units (PNL) may be allocated to you. These units reflect conditional participation in the ecosystem and are used for coordination purposes — not as a guaranteed valuation or promise of outcome.
Outcomes and realization
If a creative asset is successfully realized or commercialized, economic outcomes are handled at the platform level according to predefined participation rules. Participation units allocated to the creator remain with them and become freely usable after realization.
What PonyLife does not promise
PonyLife does not guarantee sales, exposure, or financial results. Participation involves uncertainty and experimentation. The platform coordinates opportunities and outcomes, but does not optimize for individual success at the expense of system integrity.
